Welcome to my solo Family Practice!

We are open as of 4/5/2010 to provide Primary Care.

I am listed with most major health plans, to take new patients as well as those I have cared for in my 9 years at Carondelet Medical Group.

Some of my patients from Carondelet have received letters stating I am no longer listed with your health plan.  In most cases, this is NOT true.  When a doctor moves, health plans see the doctor as a brand new entitity.  Getting myself listed with health plans at my new location is a lengthy process, but is now complete for most health plans and the remaining few should be done by the middle of April 2010.

Ideal Medical Practice Model

A new trend in medical care is the Ideal Medical Practice in which there are a minimal number of staff, and the patient gets maximal time with the doctor.

My staff will be only:

• Medical Assistant, Kandi, coming from my previous practice at Carondelet.
• Office Manager, Nancy who is my wife and has a BSN degree in Nursing.
• Myself, your Family Doctor.

I plan to do as much as possible online, including getting you your test results and other communications, scheduling appointments, and even letting you tell us your medical history and issues you wish to discuss with me.  Of course, you can still do these in person or by telephone or mail. 

Due to legal and technical issues regarding privacy of medical information, please do not use email to send any details other than a request for us to contact you and a way for us to contact you. 

To get test results and other communications from us via a secure website, you must first be seen at my office to set up your account on the secure server.  Then you log on to the server from home to get your results.

Once the online medical history and online scheduling system are up and running, I will update this website.
